Microcraft EM5141 & EMX6151
The 2 Emma series Microcraft Flying Probe Testers, the EM5141 and EMX6151, enable Stevenage Circuits to electrically test Flexibles, Flex-Rigids, Rigid Multilayers <1mm thick, and even thin core inner layers with ease. The Emma series of testers provides super high accuracy and super high speed, with the EMX6151 being able to test down to a 50um pad!
Our latest Emma, the EMX6151, is an extremely high accuracy measurement tool that can test at up to 2000 volts and can perform buried passive tests and Hi-Potential tests as well as the regular continuity and isolation checks at up to 3000 tests per minute.
