More than just PCB manufacturers, we are always seeking opportunities to add value and cut costs, ideally this is at conception / prototyping where our experience and advise in choosing the right build for the application, environment and production model can mean the difference between a client’s success and or a costly production failure.

Continual investment
We invest in the best equipment, environment and staff training. For example, since 1976 our investment has been over £30 million (2011 £2.2m). This includes ISO 7, Class 10,000 Clean Rooms housing state-of-the art LDI systems, allied with robotic handling systems for thin and ultra-thin core (25µm) materials – dedicated clean rooms for flexible and flexi-rigid lay-up. We’ve also invested in recruiting top talent and training from many of the market’s leading engineers. Our staff are trained and qualified as PCB technicians, not process operators.

Proactive partnerships
We carefully audit and select suppliers to give our clients the best possible service options. If required, through our Far Eastern partners we provide access to volume processing capacity, facilitating a ‘cradle to grave’ service portfolio.
